Two workshops were organized for parents and children on the topic of "media literacy and information" on June 9, 2022 in the premises of the "Children of Montenegro" NGO.
The goal of the workshops was to get to know what media literacy is in children and what are the challenges that parents face when their children use technology for which we do not really receive instructions on how best to use it.
What are the advantages and disadvantages of the Internet, and how to participate in choosing content suitable for children were some of the questions and answers we came up with in a conversation with parents of children who are members of the Children of Montenegro association.
On the other hand, the children drew and talked about the topic of media literacy and information, where it was noticed that we generally deal with this topic very little.
The activity was realized as part of the "It's Mil time" project organized by the CROA Association from Bosnia and Herzegovina with the support of UNESCO and the European Union.
