In evaluating people, we should judge more on the basis of facts, concrete actions and behavior. In this way, everyone would have the opportunity to show what they really are, in their entirety, despite or in spite of appearance, belonging to a nation, religion, social group, gender, age, etc.
It is necessary to raise awareness of different attitudes on a daily basis, to notice social injustice, to recognize social processes that support injustice
(and prejudices) and oppose them.
I.S. Turgenev says: "It is useless for a prejudiced man to prove the unjustification of his prejudices."
