In addition to the participants from the Gymnasium in Tuzi, the seminar was also attended by the teachers of the "Mahmut Lekić" Elementary School "Mahmut Lekiq"/ IP SHF "Mahmut Lekiq" and Elementary School "29. November".
The seminar was realized as part of the project "Cooperation to a better position of LSI in Tuzi" which is implemented by the NGO "Children of Montenegro" in cooperation with Komuna e Tuzit - Municipality of Tuzi.
The project is supported through the program "CSOs in Montenegro - from basic services to policy formulation - M'BASE", which is implemented by the Center for Civic Education - CGO in partnership with the German Friedrich Ebert Foundation (FES), the NGO Center for the Protection and Study of Birds of Montenegro Gore (CZIP) and the NGO Politikon network, in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media and the Office for European Integration of the Government of Montenegro, with the financial support of the European Union.
The goal of the seminar was to build the capacity of teaching staff in working with children with developmental disabilities in schools through the development and later implementation of the Individual Development Education Plan (IROP).
Seminar topics: Function of IROP (definition, purpose, challenges, types of disturbances); Analysis of key data and information (IROP form); practical work-making of IROP; Suggestions for activities/methods/forms of work to achieve developmental goals in education.
